1. IDENTIFICATION

Driver licence or Australian Photo ID and Passport

• Shows clear and legible copy
• Shows document is current

if you are foreign passport holder, please upload valid copy of Australian Visa.

2. BANK STATEMENTS

• Last three months statements of ALL accounts including Credit Cards
• Where bank statements are less than 30 days old – Transaction Summary must be attached

3. INCOME

Last two pay slips e.g. Last two monthly/fortnightly or weekly

• Shows payslip payment dates are for consecutive pay cycles
• Shows dates confirming payslip is for the most recent pay cycle
• Shows the FIRST of TWO (2) consecutive payslips
• Shows SECOND of TWO (2) consecutive payslips

4. LIVING EXPENSE

• Download and complete Living Expense Assessment
• Upload completed Expense Assessment below
• Ensure you have declared all living expenses

5. LIABILITIES – if applicable

• Car Loan Statement
• Personal Loan Statement

6. CONTRACT OF SALE – if applicable

• Copy of contract of sale
• Deposit receipt
